Step-by-step instruction: Suji Biscuit

Method: -

1) Preheat the Oven to 160-170°C
2) Whisk the Ghee and Sugar in a mixing bowl until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
3) Add Vanilla essence.
4) Add Egg.
5) Add Salt, mix well.
6) Add in the flour slowly.
7)Add in the Almond
8) Mix till a soft dough forms.
9) With slightly moistened hands, Shape 1/4 teaspoonfuls of dough into little Balls.
10) Place them about 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheets.
11) Bake for 10-15 minutes.
