Step-by-step Instruction: Semolina Cake

Method: -

1) Preheat the Oven to 180°C

2) Sift the Semolina Flour, Plain Flour, Baking Powder (A)

3) Take a Bowl and Mix the melted Butter, Sugar and Vanilla until light & fluffy.

4) Add Eggs one at a time and Beat well. Add (A) into the butter mixture alternately with plain Yoghurt.

5) Beat well so you can allow Semolina to expand oven once it gets into the oven.

3) Grease a cake pan and spread batter into it. Pinch in the Almonds on top of the cake.

4)Bake for 30-35 minutes.
